The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as a premier accreditation agency has carved a niche for itself and has made positive impact on the Indian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through not only accreditation but by clearly pronouncing the benchmarks for further improvement through its Peer Assessment Process. NAAC has achieved high credibility, acceptability, and stakeholder satisfaction through continuous fine tuning of its processes as well as methodology by listening to the stakeholders for continuous improvement.  Recent surveys indicate that about 80% of stakeholders have indicated the need for contemporary reforms in line with National Education Policy - 2020. A whitepaper has been prepared to shape the future vision and roadmap for improving assessment and accreditation (A&A) process in India. As part of its process of accreditation, NAAC engages Peers from domain areas to assist the NAAC in completing the task of evaluating in terms of quality parameters. As Peer Review Team members, a Collegium of Assessors (CoA) plays an important role in the process of A&A.  NAAC leadership wishes to involve academic professionals and socially committed individuals with high integrity to take an active role in the mission to improve quality of education through efficient A&A process.

As part of its efforts to build efficiency and time management, NAAC wishes to expand the base of its Collegium of Assessors by enrolling deserving Peers. Hence, Applications are invited from interested individuals who conform to the requirements enunciated by NAAC.
